New Google Toy

What are those Google guys up to now? Google Web Accelerator - a web browser caching tool that will prefetch pages while you are reading the current page you are on. I know of this being done in the past, yet the company and product names escape me. I'd love to hear what web surfers think of this little tool. Yet seeing I've moved to the Really Simple Syndication form of consuming the web I can't really make use of this tool.
